The Office

CLV Law Chambers was founded in New Delhi in 1977, and practises in criminal, constitutional and civil law.

Its members appear before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi, and before the district courts, tribunals and consumer forums of the capital — including matters under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, and proceedings before the Directorate of Enforcement.

The chambers acts for individuals, companies and public bodies.

Matters are taken up on their merits and prepared closely, from first advice and pleadings through to final hearing. Clients are told plainly where a case stands and what it is likely to ask of them.
