Senior Partner

C.L. Gupta

C.L. Gupta has practised at the Bar since 1977. His areas of practice are criminal law, constitutional law, and civil and property matters, with an emphasis on trial and appellate work.

He has served as Public Prosecutor, as Additional Public Prosecutor before the High Court of Delhi, and as Senior Panel Counsel for the Government of India, and has been appointed to several government panels. He is Legal Advisor to Bachpan Bachao Andolan.

Vaibhav Gupta's areas of practice are criminal law, administrative law and civil litigation. His practice includes the early analysis of a matter and settling the course it should take, and research across the principal legal databases.

He served as Law Researcher to Justice Mukta Gupta at the High Court of Delhi.
